WHAT IS AN EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST?
An Exercise Physiologist is a University-trained allied health professional who has studied a Bachelor degree for 4 years.
Exercise Physiologists can work with a variety of chronic conditions and pathologies including: diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, adenomyosis, muscle/joint pain, fibromyalgia, cancer, mental health conditions and many others.
Exercise Physiologists are able to deliver individualised exercise programs to help:
- manage chronic condition
- rehabilitate a recent injury
- improve your health and improve overall strength
- improve mental health and confidence
Our Exercise Physiologists are accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) which ensures that all Exercise Physiologists (EP) have undergone qualifications that meet specific standards and that all EP are continually developing their skills every year.
