PELVIC FLOOR CHECKLIST

The pelvic floor checklist is designed for you to assess the health of your pelvic floor. 

If you answer YES to any of these questions, we recommend you speak to an Exercise Physiologist about it today

Do you ever experience difficulty emptying your bladder?

Do you ever experience difficulty emptying your bowel?

Do you ever experience a pressure, heaviness or push down feeling around your genitals? 

Do you ever experience urine leaking during exercise, movement, coughing, sneezing, laughing or lifting? 

Do you ever experience urine leaking due to urgency?

Do you ever experience bowel problems such as leaking or poor wind control? 

Do you ever experience bowel leaking due to urgency?

Do you wake up more than twice to go to the toilet at night?

Do you experience pain during sexual encounters or exacerbation of symptoms during or following sexual encounters?

Do you have difficulty activating your pelvic floor or are unsure how to? 

Do you feel your abdominal strength has decreased or have you experienced separated abdominal muscles? 

Do you experience any pain around your genitals or pelvic area?
