Program details
For 8 weeks you will have access to an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who will work with you one-on-one to be able to create a schedule which includes all your life's commitments (work, study, family time), discuss goals and will prescribe a tailored exercise program suited to you and check on you weekly. 
For the duration of the program, you will receive 
One online initial assessment with an Exercise Physiologist to assess your current health including physical assessments and discuss setting goals (lasting up to 60 minutes) 
Fortnightly online follow-up appointments with your Exercise Physiologist to check on your progress and modify your program accordingly (lasting up to 30 minutes) 
Exercise programs provided (in pdf and video format) to reflect progressions made
One weekly schedule including all your commitments (work, study, family time, etc.) to highlight when you are able to include some exercise 
Fortnightly group education session to answer any questions you have, feel guided and educate around the role of exercise
Weekly text messages to help you stay on track with your goals and stay accountable

Do I need to have exercise equipment or a gym membership? 
No, during the initial assessment your Exercise Physiologist will discuss your goals and tailor your program to the equipment you have (if any) or prescribe body-weight exercises. You do not need to purchase any equipment or sign up to a gym. 
How do I sign up? 
Firstly, book a free discovery call to ensure that this program is suitable for you and sign up for the program. 
What is the weekly schedule for? 
The weekly schedule helps you to prioritise your health and include some regular time to exercise in the week. This way you will be able to see that you can do it all: work, study, have family time and improve your health!
